What is the best way to lose weight?
I have 24 now 5'4 and 140 pounds. In the last year I put on about 10 pounds to take a size 4-6 in pants size. I attribute my weight gain to a combination of study often (sitting) and go out drinking, eating bar food. I have a small frame and am the heaviest I've been. Recently I've been eating very healthy vegetable / fruit / lean meat and have substantially reduced my consumption of alcohol. I can not afford a gym right now, but I'm looking for a bit of calorie burning activities that good I can do. I live in northern Ohio and can not jogging / bike / etc, because it is very cold and sub-zero temp. Today I take my dog on a walk of 45 minutes a day. If anyone has some ideas that could help me get in shape … I really appreciate:)

My area is very cold and frost … still see a lot of riders. You must never when he came out to run (even in cold climates) increases body temperature and start sweating? Personally I prefer to go running in freezing conditions in the heat of summer – to cool faster.
