how is exactly what I find out all the liquor is happening?
a few months ago i became manager of the bar … I've never had any experience and was not trained. I'm not trying to be a smart @ 55, but you may not want to be "Self-discharge", unless your trying to catch up. If you get too far, for more liquor in the house and add it to the things above the shelf. That is Betta mo watering it down. Obviously, do not get caught. I wonder how you are with your particular – usually bars that do not pinch pennies killing. That is something wrong in the business of bar anyway … I always kept 'em coming, kept the tip jar and the money to complete, and left smiling.
